About Augers & Extensions

Auger & Extensions have been engineering and manufacturing augers for over 25 years making our range of augers the most reliable, versatile, and efficient for tackling every size of job.
Suitable for excavators, skid steer loaders, telehandlers, backhoes and truck cranes, the Auger & Extensions can drill widths of 100mm on smaller machines and up to 2.4m on larger machines and can drill to depths of 12m (with extensions and using the correct earth drill). Our inhouse manufacturing capabilities means we can design and fabricate to your specification, to suit your machine and job. So, whether its post holes, holes for fencing, signposts, post frame buildings, foundation footings, light and utility poles, our augers will make light work of it and ensure that every job you tackle a resounding success.

This Clamshell Bucket type, which can be used as crane and excavator attachment, is used to load soft and bulk materials. Clamshell Buckets are hydraulic equipment in two main categories: for digging: the profile of vertical cylinders and tines are designed to provide high penetration; for loading: provides maximum filling with horizontal cylinders to reduce the overall height and geometric design of the forks.

Nowadays it serves mostly in ports, mines and iron ore loading areas. The loading version is soil, sand, gravel, RDF, mud, grains, coal, fertilizers, industrial and agricultural wastes, minerals, etc. It is used for movements. All models are available with or without gear and can be equipped with a hydraulic rotator.

Clamshell grabs are used for normal free flowing bulk materials. Equipment Me has developed a range of grabs optimal designed for common bulk materials. For other materials with specific properties we have developed a number of special solutions.

OPTIMISED CLAMSHELL GRABS
Over the years Equipment Me developed a wide of range of clamshell grabs. In order to offer the most suitable grabs, we require information about the materials to be handled, the crane on which the grabs has to operate and your unloading situation.

HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
The purpose of a grab is to handle large volumes of bulk material in a fast and efficient way. A good design in combination with the use of high-tensile wear resistant steel as well as an excellent bearing system, makes it possible to design and build very strong grabs with relative low dead weights and high productive capacities.

RELIABLE AND DURABLE
In order to improve the strength and extend the lifetime, the shells of all Equipment Me grabs are completely made of wear resistant steel with a hardness of 450HB.

Equipment Me has a long history in building grabs for underwater operations. Different grab models are available for different operations.

DREDGING AND DIGGING GRABS

For underwater operations Equipment Me offers grabs for maintenance dredging (mainly silt and mud) and special grabs for digging operations (clay and hard ground layers). The grabs are available in two and four rope versions.

SMOOTH SHELLS

The inner side of the shells are smooth without any abrupt transitions. This minimizes resistance during digging into the bottom and also makes it easier to unload sticky materials, like clay and mud.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF CUTTING EDGES (SHELL LIPS)

The grab’s lower lips can be delivered with contact lips without teeth. For hard layers and different to penetrate materials, we recommend lips with teeth. There are bottom lips with removable or exchangeable teeth and lips with permanent teeth (cut from the bottom lips). Permanent teeth (cut into the bottom lips) are very suitable for extreme hard layers.

The transverse drum cutter range is designed to work on a wide range of excavators (2-60T).

They are an ideal attachment for rocky terrain excavation trenching and surface scaling in the most adverse terrain conditions. Coupled with multiple drum configurations, our drum cutters ensure high performance, maximum productivity and value add to our customers.

The Earth Drills 20,000 MAX and 25,000 MAX are the perfect choice for excavators between 12T-22T.

Over-engineered and built to last these products give you the versatility, peace of mind and quality you expect from Equipment Me products. A 2-Way Valve is an optional extra on this series of Earth Drills and enables you to convert a single acting hammer circuit into 2-way auxiliary flow. An optional Pressure Relief Valve is available, to safeguard your investment by protecting the hydraulic motor from backpressure and hydraulic pressure spikes. High quality hoses are standard with this series of Earth Drills, hydraulic quick couplers are not included as we recommend direct plumbing to avoid flow restriction and to ensure optimal performance. Although designed for large excavators these drives are the ideal drive for high torque anchor applications and also suitable to smaller machines.

The Earth Drill 35,000 MAX, 42,000 MAX and 65,000 MAX are the perfect choice for excavators between 20T- 45T.

High quality hydraulic motors, output shaft bearings which are 50% larger than our competitors, the use of only high-grade materials and the latest manufacturing techniques mean that these earth drills will give you the reliable service life you need. A 2-Way Valve is an optional extra on this series and enables you to convert a single acting hammer circuit into 2-way auxiliary flow. It is an excavator attachment used for loading and transporting metal, plastic and similar scrap piles. Polyp attachments are suitable hydraulic equipment for processing bulk materials: scrap, urban waste, industrial waste, machine shop refusals, rocks, paper, cardboard, plastic, wood and tires. The RP range is a compact version of the rollers partially housed inside the buckets to reduce height; Polyp Attachments have vertical outer cylinders fixed on a strong structure. Guards and guards prevent damage to pipes and cylinders.

This product is designed and manufactured to be rotatable as well. All models can be supplied with a rotating device. The geometry of the teeth is optimized to stimulate penetration and collect as much material as possible. It meets every need and provides high performance with all materials. While steel works and cylinders are made of high quality and durable materials, the parts exposed to wear are made of wear-resistant steel.

In order to increase the attachment mobility. Pins and bushings are manufactured using heat-treated special steel for hardening to ensure long life and poor lubrication even under harsh conditions. It is used for loading and transporting metal, plastic and similar scrap piles in excavators. To increase the mobility of the attachment, it is one of our attachments that can be designed and produced with rotators.

Large main shaft bearings, a 1 piece drive shaft with NDS technology, an axial piston motor and finally the oversize 150mm HEX drive shaft will make this your drive of choice. When the going gets tough, whether you are drilling wide or deep or you are trying to get through some rock with a core barrel this range of drives you should be top of your list.

First of all, with the works of our engineers’ design and workshop, we can manufacture and provide you with the type of attachment which is for any trees that you want to remove.

First, the trunk of the tree is fixed by the ring structure that opens and surrounds the trunk.

Then; the tree is vibrated away from the ground by reaching the surrounding area of the soil surrounding the root with the arms of the attachment.
